If it was Matthieu503's/eiders then it is.Eider is a SA-MP Cheat master, however he stopped doing this.He said he checked all possible things, and checked the code of rcon.exe (he had the source code for rcon.exe, announce.exe and samp.exe and some other things. However SAMP browser code wasnt released ^^ )and he said theres no other way to do this, it basically works like rcon.exe however it tries different characters until it succesfully connects.Theres no faster way, and it will take some time, when i want to crack some password i leave this on all day and night and i pretty always got it next day.
